Copy of Provisional and Projected Financials signed by authorized signatory.
Copy of Six Month Bank Statement.
Personal returns of the partners/directors /all personal guarantee providers (of Pvt Ltd Co). (ITR-2,computation of income, statement of wealth (optional).
Photocopy of entire chain of property papers.
Incorporation date of all the firms with the photocopies of registration/incorporation certificate.
Present banking relations and limit utilized from other banks and outstanding.
Copy of Constitutions papers of the Entity such as -MOAAOATrust Deed.
Address Proof of the office-----Electricity BillTelephone BillSales Tax certificate etc.
Copy of ID Proof of Proprietor, all directors, partners. (Passport or DL copy).
Copy of Sales-Tax registration / IEC code contained export import cerificate/Factory Establishment certificate.
Copy of Annual return charge at ROC of the company along with receipt.
Copy of other loan detail with sanction letter and repayment track record.
